: THE CHARITY SHOP :

:: Sometimes one of the best places is the charity shop ::

:: Sometimes one of the best places to buy old and vintage things is at the charity shop. I go there to regularly buy old religious books ( my favorite thing to buy ) and porcelain dolls. But also I buy anything else in there I like such as these patterned containers that I think are so neat and cute to put my accessories in or any old bits and bobs to make it look more old and vintage. I think these ones I bought are particularly special as the shape is rather obscure and unusually brightly patterned that makes it look unique ( because you want to be different ) ::

:: In my containers I have put things in such as my jewelry and as some of it is hand crafted and not mainstream, it creates a colorful variety thats original like the container. For the more colorful container I found some wax crayons taking of the wrapping and snapped them in half ( to fit in the container ) then putting them all in they create a vibrant blast of colors suiting the box contrasting with the wood ::

:: This is a pot container that I bought not from the charity shop but from the flea market in chesterfield. The best place to buy vintage stuff ever. Normally I would not buy this kind of shiny material as it looks a little modern, but it is great for putting in my little craft accessories ::

:: In a few weeks I will be visiting the chesterfield flee market again taking photos on site, looking at what I bought, and my outfit of the day ::
