:: My very small vintage makeup and soap collection ::
:: When it comes to buying soaps there is only one place that I go to and that is lush, my favorite place to buy soaps and anything to do with the shower. There products are so adorable looking, so raw and original, though sometimes can be a bit pricey. Totally worth it and they smell so good, fresh such as this torquiest one that smells of mint. So addictive. This is the last lush soap I have for now, but will obviously get more soon. The soap on the right is a present got given to me from my sister that I really never want to use as it smells so nice and I love the delicate pattern on it ( and the word vintage ) ::
:: When it comes to make up. Well I don't usually wear makeup but I have to have some laying around just incase. So I make sure I have the best quality and it has to be vintage. For christmas my mum got me some Dita von tease makeup. My favorite vintage model, once was married to my god Marilyn Manson. I absolutely love her lipstick, so classy, original. Whenever I own such a good looking item I can just easily never use it as I put the packaging and the way it looks before anything else. Especially with the word "art deco" written so delicately in the lipstick it self ::
:: The other makeup of hers I own is this face powder thats also so very delicate that I also find hard to use. Like the lipstick it is also stunning to look at with little beautiful touches such as " beauty is art " on the mirror. Though like the lipstick and most of her other products these are a little pricey,
with the powder I think costing twenty pound. Luckily it was a present ::
:: The plate on the first photo was from the vintage fair in sheffield coming with another saucer and a teacup. Apparently it is about 50 or 100 years old. Though I don't know if I believe that, but looks beautiful. I use this plate as my soap dish ::
